Touch A Life is a foundation created by Pam and Randy Cope. After a trip to Vietnam where they had contact with extreme poverty and trafficking of children, they had a small and consistent initiative: with the help of a few people who did the same job, they rented a house and gave the children a shelter and support. Some months after they hired another house to help more and more children, the foundation was born.
Today, they are also in Ghana, in a educational center with more than 90 children, after reading the article in the New York Times about child slavery in Lake Volta, and Cambodia. The affection and care with the children is seen in craft projects, education, medical care and rehabilitation.
The history of the foundation is in the book Jantsen's Gift.

"The children at our Care Center in Ghana are so incredibly grateful to be attending school. Many evenings are spent studying and reading in the dorm rooms and we are so proud of their progress in school! If you would like to help further a TAL child's education, please consider becoming a Higher Educational sponsor!" http://www.touchalifekids.org/get-involved/global-family/education-sponsor/
